Step by Step method
Take the label of the can and place it in a pot of boiling water. There must be enough water in the pot , so it can cover the can in every 4 hours while the water simmer .
Take the can out of the water and in cold water then in the refrigerator for at least one hour before the caramel is used in confectionery , desserts , cakes or other.
