Step by Step method

    Chop the nuts. Peanut butter is melted in a saucepan and butter, chopped nuts , sugar and vanilla sugar is added. When everything is well mixed , pour the mixture into a mold lined with cling film and put it in the freezer for a few hours .

    caramel: Melt the sugar in the pan and stir in butter and finally put in the cream , put it on a flat dish about 10x10 cm. with baking paper .

    Take peanut “dough” out of the freezer and cut into long slices to bars

    Cut and put a strip caramel on each bar, the bars are dipped in chocolate and coconut oil is melted over a water bath ( a steel bowl on top of a pot of lightly boiling water ) . Dip gently peanutbutterbar in by means of two forks. Let cool well in the refrigerator
