Step by Step method

  • The octopus marinated in half of the olive oil and a little chopped dill for one-two hours

  • Start up the BBQ

  • BBQ the squid for a couple of minutes on both sides.

  • Put squid in the remaining oil and add lemon, salt, dill and Aquavit/vodka

  • Eat with a fresh salat and bread
