Step by Step method

  • Pick fresh new nettle shot with gloves on far from roads and other contaminated sites.

  • Rinse the fresh new burn shots and chop them finely in a food processor.

  • Fry the onion and garlic in butter. Add the stinging nettles , water and bouillon cubes and let the soup boil for 10 minutes.
